Biz Guru Services provides Bid Management consultancy under the brand of The Bid Manager.

Bid Management - one of the most difficult roles there is.

Be it invitation to tender for software packages, a PFI project, or even a World Bank Bid in a third  world country.  All are stressful and difficult in an increasingly challenging business environment.

Should you have more complex requirements, are reviewing your existing bid environment,  or setting up a new environment, we are also able to combine training and mentoring with our consultancy. 

• Consultancy
  The Bid Manager offers bid consultancy to assist with the preparation of Invitation to Tenders (ITT), Request for Proposals (RFP), Proposals, Tender Evaluations and Bid Risk Reviews.

• Bid Environments
  The Bid Manager will assist you in setting up your bid environment or bid office or just assist you in making it work better! We achieve this with our unique combination of consultancy, training and support.

• Modular Training
  Bid Management training requirements are by necessity, very company specific. We provide  modular training courses that are highly customizable. We will work with you to design your optimum course to meet your business and training needs.

• Mentoring
  Uniquely Biz Guru Services also offers mentoring - working alongside your staff, assisting them to implement recent lessons learnt and allowing your staff to quickly benefit from their training.

• Outsourcing
  If you are unable or prefer not to employ a full time bid management environment, The Bid Manager can undertake this role, in a retained or "as required" basis. We also offer a similar service to Small and Medium Enterprises (SME’s) to provide them with bid or tender management services tailored to meet their individual needs.

• Methods to control your bids.

• Suggestions on how to improve your bids.

• Telephone and email support via our dedicated email and telephone services.

A Little Extra Hand   

Guiding Hand

This package is ideal for those companies who need a little extra support or the comfort that having The Bid Manager available to answer support or process problems can provide.  The Guiding Hand Package consists of:

• The OnTrack Bid Management CBT training course - including  exercises and workshops - the latter can be marked by The Bid Manager.

• 10 hours of email and/or telephone support. We will provide you with a dedicated number and email account to contact us as well as a time sheet detailing the work undertaken.

• The email and/or telephone support can be used to review your methods, processes and support or just to check your progress with The Bid Manager.

A Helping Hand

This package is ideal for those companies who not only require support and guidance but would also welcome some on site consultancy or assistance. The Helping Hand Package consists of:

The OnTrack Bid Management CBT training course - including  exercises and workshops - the latter can be marked by The Bid Manager.

10 hours of email and/or telephone support. We will provide you with a dedicated number and email account to contact us as well as a time sheet detailing the work undertaken.

Two day's on site consultancy, that can be used for one or more of the following:

• Review of existing processes.

• Suggestions on possible problem areas and how to solve them.

• Production of a detailed project plan on the way forward.

• Production of a guidance document on what to do next.

The cost of the Helping Hand Package is £1,500
 All costs are inclusive of delivery. Travel costs equivalent to an economy flight (your company may book this) or first class rail will also be chargeable for the on-site consultancy.

Hand in Hand

This package is suitable for those companies who feel they need that extra guidance or customized consultancy that only the experience of The Bid Manager can provide.

The Hand in Hand Package consists of:

The OnTrack Bid Management CBT training course - including  exercises and workshops - the latter can be marked by The Bid Manager.

10 hours of email and/or telephone support. We will provide you with a dedicated number and email account to contact us as well as a time sheet detailing the work undertaken.

Two day's on site consultancy, that can be used for one or more of the following:

• Review of existing processes.

• Suggestions on possible problem areas and how to solve them.

£2,500
